As an AKA customer who receives E-911 maintenance
support services from AKA, The main quality that
stands out to me is the high level of Integrity
displayed by Arthur and his staff. I am pleased
with their response time as well as the professional
quality of their technical personnel. They are
CML certified and well trained to handle all aspects
of 911 system maintenance. They not only provide
service when there is a problem they also provide
preventive maintenance to divert potential problems.
They install system upgrades as required. Criss
and Angela both work as team players within my
organization maintaining a good balance... I think
